National Battery Supply provides custom battery packs for battery replacements and range extenders. Our custom batteries use high-quality Grade A cells, components, along the best manufacturing techniques. In most of our builds, we actually use pure copper welding with 0.2-0.5mm copper, which is 4 times as conductive as nickel. The low resistance enables your packs to run cooler and push more amps. Our Smart battery management system is installed in replacement packs. Also, we CNC or hand-cut all of our copper and nickel as well.
